Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Hereford Rec Comp and Game Day

Refund Policy HZRPC Recreation Cheerleading has a "No Refund" policy. It is understood that extenuating circumstance will arise and only the following exceptions will apply to a refund: 1. Injury or other medical reason. 2. In very rare instances, other circumstances agreed upon by HZRPC Recreation Cheerleading Directors. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE SCHEDULING CONFLICTS. In the event that one of the above circumstances arises, a registration fee refund will be issued less $15, for administrative fees
